1. NILTA webcast live presentations from their annual conference to assembled audiences in several locations throughout the UK.
2. This required video quality suitable for projection. However, the location did not have high bandwith connections and the cost of a satellite uplink was outside the budget available for the event. NILTA needed a way to achive high quality webcasting from this location while also remaining within budget.
3. Actionstream was able to encode projection-quality video via an ISDN link from the location thus making the project feasible and successful.
4. The presentations reached extensive audiences at locations throughout the UK.
